The Rastafari RootzFest 2015 - Host High Times Jamaican World Cannabis Cup was held November 12 - 15, 2015 at the Long Bay Beach Park, Norman Manley Boulevard, Negril, Westmoreland, Jamaica W.I.

The Rastafari RootzFest 2015 brochure states that "Rastari RootzFest is a comprehensive, educational and well-organized Rastafari event that celebrates Rastafari ideology, livity and culture, tells the story of Rastafari struggle for the legalization of ganja and celebrates the decriminalization of ganja in Jamaica".

The Rastafari RootzFest 2015 event was made possible due to the New Jamaica Ganja Law Reform that came into effect on April 15, 2015. The Rastafari RootzFest 2015 - Hosted High Times Jamaican World Cannabis Cup was a four day event with many foreign and Jamaican exhibitors present. Attendees were filled with the vibes from live music Jamaican which included Reggae artistes, Rastafarian chants and drum circles. The Rastafarian culture and religion were common themes throughout featuring a Rastafarian Village, seminars, discussions, and exhibits [Rastafarian, Ganja, and High Times related]. There was a Rasta food court where you could partake of many traditional Rastafarian offerings including food, wine, fresh juices, and of course Ganja.

On Sunday, Rastafari RootzFest 2015 ended with an awards ceremony for the High Times 2015 Jamaican World Cannabis Cup at 6 p.m. at the concert stage that was constructed on the famous beautiful Negril six mile sandy beach. The concert stage was the venue that featured a Thursday night Ganja Music Sound System Salute, and Friday and Saturday night concert performances.
